For WIDC Alumnae only. For an ultra-low budget debut feature film directed by a WIDC alumna, the Advantage Award offers a spot at WIDC Story & Leadership, a 1-year mentorship for the director and WIDC's nomination to Telefilm Canada's Talent to Watch production program. Soft deadline: February 17, 2024 (subject to change)

A one-of-a-kind professional development award program delivered in four parts over the course of four months; focusing on the development of live-action screen fiction (feature film, web and TV series) and offering pathways to effective authentic leadership.
